DOW: Twentieth Century

When we were at the Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Pacific Rim, we ordered and enjoyed this classic drink. It was invented about seventy years ago, and not surprisingly has withstood the test of time.

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz white crème de cacao
• 3/4 oz Lillet Blond
• 3/4 oz lemon juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the liquid ingredients and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon
