DOW: Serpentine

We found a couple of different recipes for a serpentine. One of them had green creme de menthe and champagne, but the following was a little more appealing to us this week.

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon berry (caster or superfine) sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a cocktail glass, with a twist of lemon.
