DOW: Soy Smoothie

A nice way to slip in some fruit, protein and calcium on a Sunday...

All measurements are approximate; please adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup strawberry soy milk
  • 1/2 pint strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup soft tofu (plain or banana flavoured)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

...And blend it, baby!
