DOW: Dark and Stormy

We were going to write about a Dark and Stormy last week, but looking through our liquor cabinet, we realized we really needed some Goslings Black Seal Rum.

• 2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
• 4-5 oz ginger beer
• 1/4 lime, for garnish (optional)

Put a lot of ice cubes in a highball glass. Add rum and ginger beer. Garnish with lime, squeezing some lime into the glass if you desire.
