We have come to the realization that grapefruit is perfect for making cocktails. It has sweet, sour and bitterness all in one easy-to-store package.
This week, we make the Salty Dog.
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 5 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional)
Stir ingredients and pour over cracked ice in a highball glass rimmed with kosher salt.
